Our Nursery children have enjoyed setting up and playing sound bingo this week. This has supported them in learning their initial sounds. We have had great fun on a treasure hunt around the classroom to find all the objects we need for the game! #eyfs#earlyyearshttps://t.co/blo1FlEfiE

Before lockdown, we learned about bees and how important they are. So to help the bees, we planted some bee bombs. They flowered, but due to lockdown, not all the children got to see the results. This year, they are going strong for us all to enjoy! 🐝 #outdoored#beebombshttps://t.co/JJyJyD1hsS

Yesterday Kennet Beekeepers Association visited the school to speak to some of our classes. The children discovered what lies inside a beehive. They also heard how important bees are for pollinating plants and crops. https://t.co/cmoba6wuCI

Year 5&6 played trust games with a partner in Woodland Learning this week.
Whilst blindfolded, their partner guided them to a tree and back to the circle. They then had to guess which tree they were guided to by touch! Great team work everyone. 🪵🌿#woodlandlearning #outdooredhttps://t.co/OJ44j6cgF9
